My fitness goal for the end of the term (July 15th)

My in class fitness goal is going to be for the run test, the pushups test, the situps test and the plank test. my current times are
  • Run 2:14
  • Pushups 32
  • Situps 39 
  • Plank 2:35 
What my goals are for July 15th
  • Run 1:45
  • Pushups 55
  • Situps 55
  • Plank 5:00
 I am going to achieve these goals by exercising regularly in PE class, judo, and continuing the strong-lifts 5x5 program.
