About me
My name is Drew Reimer. I am a high school student in British Columbia, Canada. I am making this blog as it is a requirement for the PE 12 course that I am taking so that I can graduate and put high school behind me. I have always tried to maintain some modicum of fitness in my life. I have wrestled for 3 years for my school and I placed 7th in the province in my weight class this year (78kg). I've also taken judo for the last year which has been very fun and enlightening. And I've been working out regularly for the last 2 months following the Strong lifts 5x5 program. I suppose that I've been doing the program for the last 6 months, but for the first 4 months I was doing a bastardized version of the program where I subsidized leg press for squats and seated rows for barbell rows, because I was scared of squats and didn't know how to do them or how to do barbell rows, so I don't really count that time. Sadly wrestling is done for the season, so the only sport I'm doing right now is judo. and I suppose strength training, if that can be considered a sport.
