Weekly activity post

On Sunday I was at the gym. I Squatted 275 5x5 Benched 170 5x5 Rows 171 5x5 I was unhappy with the form of my squats at this weight. I feel like I wasn't quite able to hit parallel and this is the third time in a row that I've had trouble with this weight so I'm going to be deloading to 90 percent of the weight. This means that I'll be Squatting 250 next time.
