Food Matters movie

Question #1
Has seeing Food Matters changed any of your attitudes towards food or disease?

Not really. I have always had an understanding that organic and natural foods were superior to their genetically modified counterparts.
 Question #2
For you, what is the most important idea/lesson that you will take from the film?

That modern medicine is the devil, and that my doctors are trying to kill me. But more seriously, that I should eat a lot more fresh vegetables, and take a lot more vitamins.
Question #3
What is one concrete idea that you can implement in your own life to improve your health and the health of your family?

I can choose to take more vitamins, and secretly mix vitamins into the food of my family when they aren't paying attention.
Question #4
What is one concrete idea that you can implement in your community to improve health and well being?

I could start a vegetable drive and then donate the proceeds to the impoverished.

  1. You're sneaky with the vitamins. What exactly is a vegetable drive?
